For The Hunger Project, leadership development is at the heart of who we are and what we do. Every single day our village partners are making the courageous transformation from hunger and dependency to self-reliance. This strategic approach to leadership development – already applied in nearly 15,000 villages across Africa, South Asia and Latin America – has application for New Zealand corporations as well.

The lessons we learn from our village partners are incredibly applicable to our corporate life. Whilst the challenges may be different – the solutions that our village partners utilise to solve their problems can help your employees identify what is blocking themselves, their teams or the organisation’s success.

 Rethinking What’s Possible

This is a workshop for companies who want to become extraordinary. In this workshop you’ll create a new vision of what’s possible for you and your business by bringing the village classroom into the corporate boardroom. The Rethinking What’s Possible Workshop is a 2 hour experience which utilises real village experiences to create a learning environment that is as powerful as it is profound and gets people to start shifting their thinking from “I can’t” to “I can” to “We Can”.

The Rethinking What’s Possible workshop will:

  • Recalibrate your perspective with examples of what’s possible in your life and your organisation.
  • Challenge your assumptions about what’s limiting your capacity.
  • Give you insights on why your mindset is key, and how entrenched beliefs can be transformed.
  • Lift the lid on what you are capable of.

The Rethinking What’s Possible workshop creates a platform that identifies what change is possible and where that change needs to take place to push through to a higher level of collaboration, leadership and opportunity.

 Bespoke Leadership Programmes

The Hunger Project offer successful corporate training programmes which are simply the most unique leadership development opportunity you will come across.  Why is it so different? We bring your leaders and change agents to one of the regions in which we work and allow your people the opportunity to learn directly from our village partners what the true essence of leadership and collaboration is. In essence we bring the boardroom to the village to see first hand how transformation occurs. In conjunction with you, we design, develop and implement specific programmes for your leadership team based on your goals. This is an intensive and effective way to meet your objectives. Each programme is specific, therefore costs depend on the design.
